Lazarus
9.1/10
This series is the most serious and mature of all from Watanabe. The series is grounded with politics, locations, world context, and even futuristic aspects and it is just the action that really takes a fictional jump.

The story was unfolding beautifully, but it felt like it ended up having too few episodes to tell its story; it felt rushed and out of the blue. I wish with all my heart this series gets a director's cut or extended cut.
Directed by: Shinichirō Watanabe
