This piece of media cemented my now complete and solid belief that TV shows are a unique way to tell a massive story by studying characters and plotlines with such care and space that cinema cannot simply ever do thus a new artform as valid and worthy as cinema and literature.
The acting along with the natural dialogues creates an atmosphere of realism rarely seen, the comedy is brutal and dark and at the same time original and fitting.
One of the trio, I have come to realize that this series along with The Sopranos and The Wire are the trinity of classic HBO.
